7. Artist Royalties
Recordian is committed to fair artist compensation. We pay 70% of subscription revenue directly to rights holders based on user-centric streaming data. Detailed payout information is available in our Artist Dashboard.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recordian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
